Family Tour Options in JERUSALEM

– Explore the underground of City of David   – descending into Warren’s shaft  , and walking in the water of Hezekiah’s Tunnel     , all the way to the Pool of Siloam . We can also walk along the newly opened Herodian drainage channel  and so reach the Southern Wall Archaeological Park   and “Davidson Center” 
 – Visit the Western Wall   , Join a tour of the Western Wall tunnels  , and the “Chain of Generations“. Alternatively we walk througth the Hasmonean Water Tunnel constructed 2200 years ago to carry water to Jerusalem.
– Visit the  Temple Mount , and experience participating in the exciting project of the Temple Mount Debris Sifting Project . Augement the experience with exploring the nearby underground Tomb of the Prophets .
– Learn about Zionism the most interesting way by a visit to Herzl Musum  at Mt. Herzl Continue to the Menachem Begin Heritage center, and end with a tour of the Knesset 
– Explore the hugh underground Zedekiah’s Cave   and the Muslim quarter of the old City. Advance to the “French hill”, to crawl into the mysteriuos “Abba cave, perhaps the tomb of the last Maccabean king. 
– Learn more about Jerusalem at the Tower of David museum , and at the Time Elevator . Book also the night  Tower of David Night Spectacular .
– Stroll along Jaffa Road , the historical road from the old city of Jerusalem towards Jaffa, explore the pedestrian zone on Ben Yehudah Street , and reach the colorful Mahane Yehudah Market  .
Exlore the Jewish Quarter : Visit a Talith Workshop  in the Jewish quarter of the Old city; shop other Judaica in nearby  Cardo  ,  join a guided tour of the Hurva Synagogue , or watch the movie of the fall of Jerusalem in 70 CE at the Burnt house .

– Explore Masada , and possibly conduct a Bar-Mitzvah ceremony  , or spend a night in Bedouin style lodging at “Kfar Hanokdim“.
– Drive to Ein-Gedi , experience lunch in the local Kibbutz, and a stroll in its Botanical gardens  Continue with a hike to the waterfall in Ein-Gedi Nature Reserve .

Family Tour Option in TEL-AVIV

– Explore the alleys of old Jaffa , including the “floating orange tree” sculpture, the Art galleries, the House of Simon the Tanner (Acts 10),  St. Peter’s Church , the renewed local Visitors Center (“Kikar Kedumim”  ), and the nearby Flea Market .
– Visit the historical site “Independence hall”   on Rothschild Boulevard , and the near by  Shalom Meir Tower Visitors Center  .
Carmel market – Stroll in historical Neve Tzedek  and the Carmel Market . On Tuesdays and Fridays  tour  also the nearby Nahalat Binyamin Arts and Crafts Fair .
– Visit Rabin Assasination site , and possibly the Yitzchak Rabin Center. Both places mark a remrakable person and his biogrpahy interwined with the history of the state of Israel.
– Book a guided tour of the Palmach Museum  and possibly the Jewish Diaspora museum (“Beth Hatefutsoth“) .
– Drive to visit Rechovot to experience the science museum of Weizman institute, and the nearby Secret Bullet Factory (“Machon Ayalon”) .

Family Tour Options in the NORTH

– Explore the antiquities of Caesarea , Roman period Metropolis along the coast with many remains. Extend the experience by walking in the water tunnel of the ancient water systame of the city at “Mei Kedem” .
 – Discover the historical site of Atlit Detainee Camp , where British held Jews attempting to reach the land of Israel. Continue from it up the  Carmel to explore the Druze  people and their culture.
– Tour Haifa with its German colony, and the  Bahaian Terraced Gardens . Continue through the Druze  market on the Carmel, and climb to the top of the monastery at the Muhraka , for stunning panoramic views of the Galilee.
– Stroll in the market the old city of Akko . Explore its Templars tunnels and knights halls. Augument the experience with a Boat ride , a visit to the unique Akko Mosaics synagogue , and exploring nearby Rosh Hanikra Grottoes .
– Drive along the Jordan River Rapids  – or Kayak  on it!. Alternatively swim at the Hidden waterfall  next to the Sea of Galilee.
– Drive up to Safed  and stroll in its alleys amidst small synagogues and art galleries, and descend to Rosh Pina  to walk in the pioneers and founders old city.
– Join an ATV tour against the Syrian Border  or in the Upper Galilee.
– Volunteer picking vegetables for the poor at LEKET  and visit the Visitors center of Eshkol Water Filtration Plant .

– Hike to Jewish historical site of Gamla , and nearby ancient Jewish Synagogue at Umm el-Kanatir . Complement it wiht a hike to waterfall and spring at Gilabun
– Explore the Roman period city of  Beit She’an  , at day or at night (“Leylot She’an “). Go for a swim in the Sachne , or try Ski on plastic at Mount Gilboa.
– Visit De Karina Chocolatiere , in the  Golan Heights , or Choclataire Galita  in Kibbutz Deganya.
– Explore underground caves of the necropolis of Beth Shearim  and the Roman period city of Sepphoris .
– Visit “Nazareth Village” , an open air museum that reenacts life in the Galilee in the tims of Jesus.
