Dec 13 (FRI)

tel aviv tourArrival – Welcome to Israel!. 

Upon arrival you will have a transfer to the hotel in Tel-Aviv, with a free evning.

Dec 14 (SAT)

caesarea ampitheatreMeeting the guide we start with a tour of Jaffa and a drive along Tel-Aviv, appreciating and reviewing the city’s main attraction. We then head north and first explore the Roman Metropolis of Caesarea and later visit Megiddo  / Armageddon, on our way to the Galilee.

Dec 15 (SUN)

capernaum tourThis day is devoted to Holy Christian sites around the Sea of Galilee. Main attractions will be MagdalaSea of Galilee Boat,  Church of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes, Church of the Primacy of PeterMount of Beatitudes,  BethsaidaCapernaum, and an optional sail on the Sea of Galilee.

Dec 16 (MON)

golan heights tourOur second day in the north will combine more Biblical sites, as well as viewpoints along the modern borders of the state of Israel. We will start with the biggest Canaanite city in Israel – Hazor. We will continue to Biblical Tel Dan, where we will also view evidence of tank battles from the 1960’s. After a visit to Caesarea Philipi we will ascend up the Golan Heights, have lunch in a Druze Village, and view into Syria from the top of Mt. Bental.

Dec 17 (TUE)

The day of the week on which Jesus turned water into wine (John 2) will be begin with a visit to Cana and later to the Holy Christian sites in Nazareth, namely the Church of Annunciation and the Synagogue church. After a lunch break we will continue to the “Forgotton City” of Sepphoris / Zippori  and learn about its possible impace on Jesus.

Dec 18 (WED)

baptism site tourChecking out heading towards Jerusalem we will make a stop on the way at the Jordan river for baptism ceremony (Yardenit), and visit the impressive remains of ancient Beit Shean. We could also have a quick swim at the Dead Sea and have a view at Jericho as well as the caves where the famous Dead Sea Scrolls were found. 

Upon reaching Jerusalem we will greet it from Mount of Olives Viewpoint.

Dec 19 (THUR)

Christian tour JerusalemA full day tour of the Old city of Jerusalem will include highlights like: Jaffa GateChurch of the Holy Sepulchre, the “Stations of the Cross” (Via Dolorosa), the Suq, the Christian Quarter, the Muslim Quarter , the Jewish Quarter, and the Western wall.

We wil also visit the main parts of Biblical Jeruslaem at the City of David.

Dec 20 (FRI)

westen wallOur second day of exploring Jerusalem will begin with a review of the higlights at the Israel Museum. For lunch we will head into the Mahane Yehudah Market  and enjoy the smells, sounds, and tastes of this market. We will later drive along the Ultra Orthodox neighborhood of Mea Shearim, and visit the Main Holy Christian sites on Mount of olives, namely Garden of Gethsemane  and Mary’s Tomb.

Dec 21 (SAT)

On our last day of the tour will start with a review of the  remains of Herod’s fortress and burial site at Herodium. Later we will continue in Bethlehem and visit its main attractions – the Church of Nativity and the Shepherds’ Field. If time permits on the way back we could visit Rachel’s Tomb.
