Following our conversation, Here is a proposed afternoon tour of Jaffa and Tel-Aviv.
We start the with a stroll in the alleys of old Jaffa , a continuously inhabited site since Canaanite times (more then 4000 years old!).
We first appreciate “floating orange tree” sculpture, and then make our way between sandstone built houses from Ottoman times, and several art and crafts galleries.
Descending towards the port, we pass by the traditional site of the “vision of Peter” at the House of Simon the Tanner (Acts 10).
We then proceed by car and drive along Neve Tzedek , the first Jewish colony outside of Jaffa, and on to Rothschild Boulevard – the heart of Tel-Aviv . We appreciate the local diverse architecture, and especially the historical site – “Independence hall” . We end passing by visit Rabin Assasination site ,
