The “Lutheran church of the Redeemer” is an impressive church complex completed in 1898 next to the church of the Holy Sepulchre .
Inside the church a comlete inner courtyard from Crusaders times can be see.
In 2012 an underground archaeological exhibtion was opened to public, presenting remains of Jerusalem from Roman times.
Most exciting (and challenging) is climibing to the top of the bell tower, where one can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Old City.
