The Samaritan Museum on Mount Gerizim is a unique center for a unique ethnicity – The Samaritans. According to the Bible they are an exiled group who adopted the God of the Jews. According to Samaritan tradition they are remnant of the tribes of Ephraim and Menashe. Thriving in antiquity, today the Samaritans are about 800 members.
A visit to their holy sites on Mt. Gerizim and their visitors center is one of the most exciting experiences in the West Bank.
