My Friends, Sergio and Rhoda, Presenting the Tabernacle Replica
So I got into this tent in the middle of he desert, and in a golden box were two inscribed tablets. I got really scared and started backing out.. there were two mummified figures at the entrance too.. did I just discovered the tabernacle?? Were these the actual ten commandments?!?. And who mummified Moses and Aaron? Later someone called Korach invited me to have some tea with him.. he said he wants to correct a famous story.. oy vey! What’s going on here??.. 🙂
According to the Hebrew Bible the tabernacle ( Hebrew: מִשְׁכַּן, mishkān, meaning “residence” or “dwelling place”), also known as the Tent of the Congregation (אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵד֩ ‘ōhel mō’êḏ, also Tent of Meeting, etc.), was the portable earthly dwelling place of Yahweh (God) used by the children of Israel from the Exodus until the conquest of Canaan.
