One of the first Tv shows I appeared on was the “Naked Archaeologist” show, by Canadian producer Simcha Zakovici. We filmed at Mordechai’s tomb mark in the Upper Galilee for his chapter about Purim. He then asked me about a site and finds related to games in Roman times. So I recommended to film at Hippos-Sussita, a Roman-Byzantine era city located on a hilltop east of the Sea of Galilee. I showed him the site, and spotting a “Nine Mens Morris” gameboard, I demonstrated to him the rules of the game, and next we played a game on an original board carved in the street! Was a very exciting experience that got me to like even more TV productions..
