One of the most geniune experiences while touring Wadi Rum in southern Jordan, is a lunch stop in a Bedouin camp and having a “Zarb“, a traditional Bedouin meal / feast of lamb and chicken and vegetables cooked for hours in an undergound (or should I say “undersand”?..) oven.
Despite the harsh environment, the food is clean and soft, and very very tasty! 🙂
