Haifa Suspension bridge
Located in the outskirts of Haifa and the northern end of the Carmel Mountain, the Nesher Park is a natural forest reservation of about 50 acres. The main attraction of the park is a 230 feet long suspension bridge stretching above a local valley. Made of metal ropes and beams, the bridge can sway a bit as you walk over it, a guaranteed exciting experience for kids! On both sides of the bridge the park also offers beautiful vistas of the Carmel and its surroundings. A second bridge provides a similar experience – and a way to return to the car.
A tour of the site can be combined with a day tour in the north.
